These Terms of Service govern your use of the PortPocket mobile application created by Christopher De Jong (the "Service Provider").
By downloading, installing, or using the PortPocket app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
PortPocket provides information about shipping terminals at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, along with tools to support job tracking and related workflows. The app offers both free and premium features through subscription.
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Terminal information is provided for reference only and may not always be current. The Service Provider does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of any information presented in the app.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellations must be handled through Apple's App Store settings.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
